Returning Products

Unical Aviation, Inc. requests all customers to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number prior to their sending back any products for any reason. Returning products without a pre-assigned RMA number will result in delay of services.

We provided an easy method to obtain an RMA number through our online RMA system.

1. Simply fill out the RMA Request form. You will be required to enter your Customer PO# along with the Invoice # in order to validate the purchased part that you want to return.

2. On the subsequent page, you will need to select the item you are returning and enter in the quantity and reason for return. You have the option of attaching documents with your request.

3. An email confirmation will be sent to you indicating that we have received your request and our customer service department will respond to you within a timely manner.

4. We will issue you an RMA number upon review of your request.
