To ensure such high quality standards are maintained, Unical continuously channels their staff through both internal and external training to ensure skills and disciplines are developed and enhanced. Unical Aviation is an ISO9001: 2000 Certified Quality Supplier and is an Accredited Distributor qualified through the Airline Suppliers Association's ASA-100 Quality System under the provisions of FAA Advisory Circular No. 00-56A.
Unical's Quality Assurance System is developed to meet and exceed the requirements of CASE, ATA, FAA and EASA and is currently working towards attaining the AS9100 quality standard in the near future.
Unical receives regular vendor audits by many of our airline customers, ISO and the ASA registries. In addition, Unical has an internal audit program where a team of 15 auditors across different departments within Unical examines and challenges all aspects of our business to identify continual improvements in our quality standards and our ability to serve our customers.
Our track record has given us a unique distinction in this industry. Unical is one of few suppliers approved by most major domestic and international airlines. These airlines have instituted a narrow vendor base, to ensure their suppliers are centers of excellence in the supply of high quality parts, services, and logistical solutions.
